Our founder, Steve Reel, started his career as a sub-contract roofing installer in 1991 for the largest roofing contractor in Columbus; by 1994, he became the company's No. 1 producer.  He observed that by strict inspections and high standards of  quality, this company had gained an exceptional reputation in the industry.  He had worked for many other contractors who did not inspect his work as diligently and noticed that their market share reflected their tolerance for sub-par craftsmanship.  In 2001, he started training as an estimator and gained knowledge of the science of roofing and sharpened his ability to diagnose leak problems.  He decided to take a top position in a small company, only to realize they did not share his commitment to excellence.  In July of 2009 after he was reprimanded for representing the best interests of the customer, he began his own company.  In the words of Vince Lombardi, "The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his or her commitment to excellence."  This quote has become the core mission statement of our company's leadership, customer service and product quality.  This is why we inspect every job diligently to assure that Ace Roofing is only delivering the best quality of craftsmanship available in the industry.

• Ace Roofing is licensed and bonded and registered with the City of Columbus, Grove City, Bexley and Whitehall (HIC 4582)
• Ace Roofing carries a $2 million contractors liability insurance through Ohio Mutual Insurance Group.
